DAY 14 REVIEW
Onosato was thrust down by Kotozakura, a second straight loss, 11-3. Aonishiki forced down Kirishima for an eighth straight win, also 11-3, and the two share the lead. The last bout of senshuraku is Onosato against Aonishiki, winner takes the title. Asanoyama was thrust down by Fujinokawa for 10-4 and is out of the race; Fujinokawa is 10-4 as a new sekiwake. Kotozakura is 9-5, Kirishima 7-7. Atamifuji lost to Roga's overarm throw, a fourth straight defeat, 8-6. Wakamotoharu forced out Takerufuji for 10-4. Minoumi was slapped down by Takayasu for 9-5. After fourteen days Onosato and Aonishiki are 11-3 and Wakamotoharu, Asanoyama and Fujinokawa 10-4. In juryo Kagayaki was thrust down by Tamawashi for 11-3; Tamawashi, nine straight, is 10-4 and one behind, as is Kayo.
